Simple hotel, the stay was really great, amazing location near a metro stop on a good line. The staff were excellent and lively and kept the place overall clean. They solved problem at my request. Coffee and yoghourt was a bonus. Nice place to stay, didn't want to say goodbye.

Fantastic location with vibrant street life and dining.
I encountered quite a bit of noise. Despite being on the fourth floor, I could hear street sounds late into the night. The walls seemed thin, hard to get a good night's sleep with sounds coming from neighboring rooms.

Perfect location with many restaurants right in front of the hotel. 100meters from Montparnasse metro station. Beautiful Luxembourg gardens in walking distance.

We had the one room with a little balcony overlooking the cafe-filled square. It was a lovely place to eat the breakfast they served. It's a lively, area with lots of inexpensive places to eat. Less upscale than other areas I've stayed in within Paris, but it was perfect for one night before taking TGV west from Gare Montparnasse.
Overlooking a bustling, small square, it was picturesque but noisy.

Good location in busy area, small, old fashioned hotel but spotlessly clean with good bathroom and breakfast in room. Close to Montparnasse station, goood for travelling through Paris by train and not far from tourist sights.

Ideal location near to Gare Montparnasse. Spotlessly clean and the best thing of all for my daughter was the hairdrier! We liked our double aspect room. Very handy being able to leave our luggage on the day we checked out.

The windows in our room were nearly soundproof, great for a peaceful night's sleep despite the bustling street below.
The shower was designed for someone much shorter, making it awkward for taller guests like myself to comfortably wash my hair.

Very good location - close to everything, several metro stations near hotel. You are absolutely in the heart of Monparnasse and surrounding are full of resporants and shops. The rooms seem to be recently renovated - very clean spacious bathroom and toilet is separatly from bathroom. The room is small but nice, the bed is comfortanble. Good noise protection (if the window is closed - but see below!).
When the wheather is hot and you have to keep the windows opened for night, you cannot sleep. Very noisy until very late night (two big restorants just in the same and opposie buildings) and early morning is noisy as well. Can be recommended, but not in hot summer time.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the location was arguably the best in the whole of paris. The odessa street has tons and tons of restaurants. We bought our breakfast at a pastry store on the street (8 euros for 4 people), and dinner from the indian & lebanese places (under 20 euro for 4 people). Montparnasse metro stop has metros to all places in paris. There was no A/C but it was windy outside, so we left the windows open during the day, and closed it in the night to block off the noise from the street.
No safe in the room.

I stayed in a Family Room for 2 nights and it was really comfy. The beds were great. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the lively Odessa street. The best part? The windows were nearly soundproof, so I barely heard the street noise. Nice touch! Got a bit of natural light too, lovely. Only downside was no vent in the bathroom, but opening the window helped.

Wonderful location. Steps away fom the train station. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes. On the weekend there were markets. Wonderful.
Plastic undersheet on the bed was just not nice. The bed had a huge slope to one side so was very uncomfortable. Heating did not come on so the room was cold. The bathroom is bright and new, however it quickly becomes obvious that it is not properly cleaned. The bath had tide marks and the base was grey. The toilet looked clean but smelled like a bad public toilet. There were quite a lot of back hairs in the bedding and in the bathroom.

Staff at reception is very courteous, location is fantastic close to two Metro stations and lots of restaurants right there. Romm was very clean.
Small rooms, but typical about Paris. The lift and corridor is very small for movement with luggage.
